Brooder House Auction Service will not accept Box Lots, Tray Lots or Individual Items on consignment that are valued at a Fair Auction Estimate of less than $50.00 per item or lot. Brooder House Auction Service will continue to sell Box Lots, Tray Lots and Lower-End Items ONLY if these items are received on consignment as part of an estate liquidation and/or accompanied by quality pieces of greater value. Our reputation for marketing quality items is very important to us, as the seller, but equally important to our buyers, as well.
